Harley Jones joined Sirota in 2016 as Chief Technology Officer.
Harley has been programming computers since he was 10 years old. His first programming work-for-hire was at age 13, creating menu-driven user-interfaces for a local accounting firm. While a teenager, Harley taught Business Applications in the Continuing Education Department at the University of South Alabama.
Harley earned his B.A. in English from Oglethorpe University and immediately began his official career in IT. Throughout his 20 year career, his experience has spanned the Education, Finance, Insurance, Defense, Health, and Telecommunications industries. He is consistently deemed as a top contributor and a leader amongst his peers.
Harley’s work has supported the construction of the DDG-1000 Zumwalt Class US Naval Destroyer. And most recently, Harley successfully architected and led a team of two dozen developers in implementing a platform for West Corporation which generates $80-million dollars in annual revenue.
