John Mallozzi has been with Sirota since 2001 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer.  Prior to becoming CEO, John was the President and Chief Operations Officer overseeing the operations of the organization including each of Sirota’s Project Teams. He has been the lead consultant on several major client accounts worldwide, including Dell, eBay, Shell, UnitedHealth Group and Yahoo! He is an expert in all types of employee and customer survey research including Culture, On-boarding, Exit and 360 Degree Feedback and has presented at various professional events including at the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Conference and at the Mayflower Consortium.

Prior to joining Sirota, John worked in the Organizational Development groups for several Fortune 50 companies including Verizon, MetLife and TIAA-CREF. He has a Masters Degree in Experimental Psychology from St. John’s University, and has completed all requirements but his dissertation for his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University.
